How you can be free

As an Advanced Rapid Transformational Therapist, I use a unique, cutting-edge and powerful therapy that fast-tracks you to freedom from suffering or unwanted behaviours. RTT™, or Rapid Transformational Therapy, has been described by many clients as "life-changing" and in my experience, RTT is the quickest, most profound and powerful way to uproot the cause of your issues with its unique combination of hypnosis, regression and psychotherapy dialogue work, allowing you to acknowledge the pain, release it, and then upgrade any unhelpful or harmful thought processes or beliefs. Every habit of action is run by a habit of thought and RTT helps you change those habits of thought that are creating suffering or pain. A form of neuroscience, RTT techniques form new neural pathways in the brain which creates more positive and beneficial patterns of thinking and behaving meaning that whatever feelings you want to feel will become automatic for you, without you having to try. It's an upgrade of your mind, your beliefs and any feelings that you want, need and deserve. Imagine having an outdated mobile phone that no longer does what you want or need it to do. Most people would want to upgrade their phone, right? Well, my question is why would anyone put up with outdated beliefs about themselves or their mind not working in the way they want or need it to? This is so much more than just positive thinking; this is a rewiring of your physical thought patterns to create an automatic 'default setting' or autopilot system of whatever beliefs and feelings you want, which then become who you are, not what you do.

RTT also involves dialoguing with significant people, inner child work (or self-parenting) and we look at the role that the belief or thought has played in your life, or how it has been serving you.

Many clients who come to me are time-starved and in pain and want a rapid solution to their issues and who wouldn't want that? People don't want to spend years suffering and by working with me, you can be free much more quickly than with traditional talking therapies which often focus on trying to change the habit of action without addressing the habit of thought.


Where do these unhelpful beliefs come from?

We mainly run on a pre-set 'programme' that was wired into our subconscious minds during childhood, starting from the third trimester in the womb until around 7 years old and while some of these programmes are positive, empowered and helpful, it is believed that the majority of the default programs most people run are disempowering, self-sabotaging and limiting. To explain more; our experiences as infants and children create neural pathways in the brain that can set up patterns of behaviour or beliefs about ourselves for the rest of our lives. It's estimated that about 95% of our actions, habits and beliefs about ourselves and the world around us come from, and are driven by, our subconscious mind so if there are issues that are affecting your quality of life right now, it is entirely understandable that you may have no idea where those issues come from. It does not have to be a memorable or even highly traumatic event for a limiting belief to be created and wired into the subconscious mind.

RTT gives you the key to finding out what beliefs or fear responses are running your life and it then frees you of those limiting beliefs or any pain you have stored in your subconscious so you can live your life with calmness, confidence and powerful self-belief. 

The mind functions as a regulator between our beliefs and reality, making sure that the experience is coherent. This is why when we change our beliefs, we can also change our reality. Studies have shown that in ordinary waking consciousness, we are in fact, conscious only about 5% of the time. This means that 95% of our decisions and actions are actually regulated by unconscious activity. Another way of expressing that is that programming accounts for the vast majority of our actual behaviour.

What does the therapy involve?

I work with clients around the world online or at my clinic in St Albans, with fast train links from central and north London (18 minutes from St Pancras International). RTT uses regression in hypnosis. Hypnosis is a state of awareness that we go into many times a day and is perfectly natural. I will show you how to easily get into hypnosis and I will do some deepening techniques to fully relax you so you can then easily access the subconscious mind, where everything we have learned or experienced is stored. Hypnosis is easy to do, totally safe and you are always in control during the session and you can never be forced to do anything you don’t want to do while you are in hypnosis .Then, I will usually *regress you to find the root cause of the issue. This is an important part of the healing process since, to fix our issues, we need to understand how we acquired them. Please be aware that regression is not harmful or scary; it is, in fact, incredibly empowering. While you will be going back to scenes in your childhood, to understand how they shaped you, and whilst some of these scenes may be painful, you will NOT relive those scenes. You will simply review them in a detached way, as if you were watching them on a TV screen, and reviewing is the key to being free of the effect of those childhood scenes, for the rest of your life. Not all clients go back to painful scenes. Some clients say they had happy childhoods but it only takes one impactful incident to 'programme' or influence a young child's mind with a certain belief and that belief can unwittingly hold us back unless we uncover that belief and understand it. 

During the regression, you are in control of what information you tell me. I will then guide you to upgrade and update the unhelpful beliefs or behaviours attached to the events or memories so you can be free of them, instilling positive, healthier, more beneficial ways of thinking, behaving and feeling.

*regression is not used for young children.


Your personalised recordings:

You will receive a personalised transformational recording(s) to listen to during your Programme. Personalised recordings serve to rewire the neural pathways in the brain, embedding the new positive and powerful patterns of thinking and behaving and, as the mind learns by repetition, it is essential for you to listen to the recordings for the time stipulated. The mind is more open to change when we are in a state of hypnosis. A recording is approximately 20 minutes long.
