Will I lose control during hypnosis?

This is a very commonly asked question from those considering hypnotherapy! The truth is that whilst in hypnosis you never lose control; you may well remember the hypnosis. In fact, most of my clients remember most, if not all, of what happens in the session. You will never find yourself accepting suggestions are that are not in alignment with your own personal beliefs or values. During the initial consultation we will discuss in detail exactly how you want to change, what outcomes you want and how you want to be, so that I can implement these changes in ways that suit you. If there is anything that does not resonate with you in your personalised recording, I will happily record it again within 48 hours of our RTT session.

Is it possible I may reveal secrets whilst in hypnosis?

Whilst in hypnosis you are always in control. So the answer is no, not unless you wish to. I can assure you that you won’t divulge any information or do anything that goes against your own free will and anything we discuss in the session will remain confidential unless I believe a client is at risk of harming themselves or another person.

What if I can't be hypnotised?

Most people can be hypnotised. A hypnotic trance is an altered state of consciousness that people experience regularly without realising it – day dreaming and recollection of past memories are examples of this state. I can send you a pre-session recording which will introduce the process for you so you know exactly what to do and how it feels to be in hypnosis before we even start the work together.

What does it feel like to be in hypnosis?

Hypnosis is a really deep pleasant relaxation. You are likely to stay aware of what is happening during the experience, your conscious mind may be aware of everything I say, or you may drift. It doesn’t really matter as your subconscious mind is always listening. You may feel more in touch with feelings and emotions whilst in hypnosis.

How many hypnotherapy sessions will I need?

RTT is gets quick and powerful results and people are all different, so I cannot guarantee how many sessions each client will need. I offer programmes as an RTT session is not the whole process. A single programme is designed to last around 3-4 weeks from the consultation to discuss the issue(s) in-depth, to  the 2-hour RTT session to the follow up support and listening to the recording. It really depends upon the individual, how committed they are to following the process (listening to the recording as advised). We can discuss your needs with a Free consultation call.

Can hypnosis in RTT help me?

The answer to this question is most definitely yes! If you really want to change, hypnosis can truly transform your life in positive ways that you perhaps can’t even imagine. RTT has been described as 'beyond hypnosis'.  Take a look at my Success Stories page to see some wonderful testimonials from my clients.
